East Franklin Turnpike Sanitary Sewer Extension The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to perform the Work of the Project as defined by the Contract Documents. A general description of the Scope of Work is as follows: A. Construct approximately 1,080 linear feet of new 12-inch ductile iron gravity sanitary sewer, six new manholes, and one doghouse manhole in the vicinity of and parallel to E Franklin Turnpike within the City of Danville, Virginia. A bid bond is required to be submitted with bid in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the total bid price. B. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount.
