**As of December 4, 2023 bid came in over-budget so there is no anticipated start date at this time. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid or not. Construction of PBS Bryan Center Halon Replacement . A general contractor-led construction project including scope of work indicated in the project drawings and specifications to remove existing Halon Fire Protection and install new Clean Agent Fire Protection in select rooms. Not all prior rooms protected by Halon will receive new Clean Agent fire protection. Rooms that have Halon Fire Protection removed but do not have Clean Agent Fire Protection installed will have new fire alarm devices installed which are general building alarm devices which will activate pre-action sprinkler valve
