Reference Number 0000256586 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/05 03:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Provision of General Contracting Services for Minor Works and Renovations Open Order Agreement as and when required The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select up to a maximum of four firms to provide General Contracting Services for Minor Works and Renovations on an as and when required basis at the Ottawa International Airport. The duration of any agreement resulting from this RFP shall be for an initial term of three (3) years plus two (2) individual one (1) year optional years elected by mutual consent. Work to be done includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Rough & light carpentry 2. Repair broken furniture 3. Exterior metal work, such as flashing and window trim 4.Cabinet construction 5.Laminate and veneer overlay 6.Door repair and installation 7.Metal stud and drywall construction, and finishing of walls 8. Painting 9.Minor concrete repair and block work 10.General labour services 11.Furniture and equipment moves 12. Other work as laid out by the Site Authority/Representative Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
