Site work for a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. OPTO22 I/O modules shall be removed after proper wire identification and labeling according to Section 40 67 00 - Control System Equipment Panels And Racks. 2. Wiring from removed OPTO22 modules shall land at newly installed terminal blocks in the same location and then be extended to its respective PLC per the drawings and schematics provided by Owner's Engineer. 3. PLC components shall be provided and installed to accommodate the aforementioned wiring changes according to drawings, I/O schedule, and schematics. Refer to Appendix A of the drawing package. Backplane expansion chassis' shall be installed in accordance with the plans. 4. Contractor shall provide and install three new UPS circuits from the UPS breaker panel (UPS1) to EOC1A-WEST, EOC1C-WEST , & EOC3A-WEST, respectively. All breakers in the UPS breaker panel (UPS1) are in-use. New circuits shall re-purpose existing breakers as PLCs are taken down for modifications as part of this project. Coordinate with Owner prior to re-purposing any breaker. Refer to EOC details (I-501) and control one-lines & schematics (I-505) in the plans. a. Contractor shall provide a temporary single-phase UPS to be used until a circuit breaker in the UPS breaker panel (UPS1) becomes available during construction for re-purposing. 1) Voltage: 120VAC 2) Minimum VA: 1.5kVA 3) Minimum Efficiency: 0.8 4) Mount: Tower 5) Minimum Runtime at Full Load: 30mins 6) Surge Protection 7) Input: NEMA 5-20P 8) Output: (2) NEMA 5-20R (Battery Backup) 9) Type: Line-interactive 5. Provide and install module power distribution including power supplies, fuses, and circuit breakers according to panel schematics. Refer to Appendix A of the drawing package 6. Provide and install new conduit between existing wireway in the filter gallery to connect EFC-1 to EFC-2 and EFC-3 to EFC-4 per the drawings. Provide and install two (2) CAT6 between EFC-3 & EFC-4. Provide and install two (2) CAT6 between EFC-1 & EFC-2, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Refer to filter site plan in the plans (I-506). 7. The Contractor shall provide the following if Design Alternate #1 is accepted: a. Add Alternate analog input module, IC695ALG112, shall be used instead of IC695ALG616 where any new analog input module is required. Provision and installation of add alternate modules and base bid modules are mutually exclusive. b. Add Alternate analog output module, IC695ALG808, shall be used instead of IC695ALG708 where any new analog output module is required Provision and installation of add alternate modules and base bid modules are mutually exclusive Lincoln Water System Opto22 I/O Replacement. The Question Cut Off Date has been extended to October 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CST.
