Reference Number 0000330913 The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified contractors to procure three (3) CCW Raw Sewage Pumps w/ mechanical seals, base plate, strainers, and deliver to Warren WWTP, match existing hydraulic profile for the pump curve, match existing pump dimensional layout for drop-in replacement, and start up, complete as described in the bid form and specifications. To be considered for award, vendors must submit theire bids electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/27/2023 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No -- any questions can be answered by contacting the Purchasing Agent, Craig Treppa of the City of Warren Purchasing Division, preferably by e-mail, ctreppa@cityofwarren.org , General Requirements - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % the amount of 5% of the total bid amount as a guarantee on the part of the bidder that he will, if called upon to do so, enter into a contract to perform the work as per the attached specifications. The original bid bond/check/money order must be submitted to the City prior to the City issuing a recommendation for award to Warren City Council.
