This Project Consists of Constructing an Additional Left Turn Lane for South Bound Traffic at the Intersection of Sw 45th Street and Sw Topeka Boulevard. the Project Includes Curb and Gutter Replacement, Sidewalk Ramps, Storm Sewer Extension, and Additional Traffic Signals. American Rescue Plan Act (Arpa) Contractual Provisions Apply to This Project and Are Attached Under the Terms and Conditions Tab. The project drawings and project manual become the property of the prospective bidder and are not returnable. Copies of the project drawings and project manual are on file and open for public inspection at the office from which they may be obtained and the office of the Contracts & Procurement Division. Description of Major Units of Work: Cold Mill (2") 6,088 S.y. (Varies - 2" Min) Asphaltic Concrete 6,088 S.y. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas.
