Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrington Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of November 29, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $148,054.18** The work will include but is not limited to milling and paving a portion of the Parkway a certified check or bid bond for not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, provided said check need not be more than $ 20,000.00 Federal Prevailing Wage Rates shall prevail in this contract. Small, Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to obtain specifications and compete for the contracts assisted with NJDOT funding. The Borough of Harrington Park reserves the right to award or reject any and all bids within 60 days of the opening of bids and to waive informalities as the interest of the Borough may required Inquiries regarding the various types of work included in this contract should be directed to the following representatives of the Neglia Engineering Associates: Gregory J.
