Site work for a water / sewer project in Union Beach, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
sealed bids will be received by the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority (hereinafter called the "Owner") for: We encourage and are accepting bids via U.S. Mail or delivery service (date and time recorded). Please call 732-739-1095 to make any other arrangements for delivery of bid documents. Note that this essential construction project is proceeding during the COVID-19 global pandemic and social distancing guidelines are in effect during the Public Bid Opening and Pre-Bid Meeting. The project generally consists of approximately 1,875 LF of rehabilitation via Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) on existing 36 & 24-inch diameter RCP & ACP interceptors and bypass pumping of existing pipelines to facilitate work. Rehabilitation work will also involve cleaning of the pipe as well as the necessary pre and post CCTV inspection. All work will take place within the borough of Union Beach, Monmouth County, NJ. Additional information for this project can be found at the Authority website. All inquiries for clarification of any matters concerning the Contract Documents shall be made in writing to the above address or via email at tpetti@bayshorersa.com and must be received at least 7 days Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excepted prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The Owner will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid conforms to this solicitation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received as permitted by the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.)
