The CSSDM will receive before 2 p.m., on the indicated opening date, the submissions for the corresponding call for tenders. Each bid must be delivered sealed in an envelope identified by the return label included in the call for tenders or by any exact reproduction of its contents, as well as the name and address of the bidder in the upper left corner. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the documents are deposited at 5100, rue Sherbrooke Est, 1st floor, Montreal (Quebec), H1V 3R9 on the date and time provided for in this call for tenders and delivered by hand. by hand to the Supply Office. It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays linked to access management in the context of a pandemic.
