Renovation of an educational facility in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The deadline for inquiries shall be Monday, October 2, 2023, with an estimated date of Friday, October 6, 2023, to have responses completed. Please direct all inquiries about this RFP in writing via electronic mail. A bid guarantee from each bidder equivalent to five (5) percent of the bid price as an assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of their bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required within the time specified. A performance bond on the part of the contractor for 100 percent of the contract price. A payment bond on the part of the contractor for 100 percent of the contract price. USM reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received and to accept any portion of a proposal or all items bid if deemed in the best interest of the University to do so.
