Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Mechanical Demolition Project Milwaukee City Charter, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for and incidental to the demolition of nine (9) primary buildings and three (3} secondary buildings located in the city of Milwaukee. Wisconsin. 1. Bids shall be awarded to lowest, qualified, responsive, and responsible bidder on per parcel basis for Parcels 1-7 and on a lump sum basis for Parcels BA and 8B. 2. AII bids shall be held open for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent lo the opening of bids and no bid may be withdrawn without the written consent of the Commissioner. The Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any time, if it is in the best interests of the City, and to waive any informalities in bidding. The Small, Minority and Women Business Enterprises (SMWBE) and Labor Surplus Area (LSA) firms GOAL For this project is 25% of the contract base bid.
