SCOPE Work performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment necessary to provide the completion of gutter install project as shown in the drawings provided by the District This project will consist of installing galvalume gutters and downspouts to aid in water distribution and earth erosion. Option 1. To install galvalume gutters and downspouts to the following buildings, building 5 has approximately 495` of gutters, building 3 has approximately 372` of gutters, and building 1 has approximately 360` of gutters. All gutters will need to have downspouts and gutter screen guards installed. Total linear footage is 1,226`. Option 2. To install galvalume gutters and downspouts on all buildings. The total above will need to be added to this option. Covered PE approximately 148` of gutters, building 2 approximately 414` of gutters, building 4 approximately 428` of gutters, and building 7 approximately 348` of gutters. All gutters will need to have downspouts and gutter screen guards installed as well. The total of gutters for option two with option one added in will be 2,464. Downspout spacing will need to be determined by the installer. Start Date: November 15, 2023 Final Completion: March 22, 2024 Question End Date 10/9/2023 12:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 11/14/2023 If the project cost is $200,000 or more, a performance and payment bond shall be required.
