Bid documents will not be mailed. Bids shall be received at the hour designated in this notice at the College at the address noted above, in the Conference Room, E322, 3rd Floor, Founders Hall, or previous thereto, by delivery to the College, at the address noted above, Attention: Director of Purchasing. Please note: for GPS location use 188 Ellison Street, Paterson, N.J. All Bids must be submitted on forms supplied in a sealed envelope marked 'Sealed Bid' bearing the name and address of the bidder, the bid number, and project name. If bids are mailed or delivered in person ahead of the due date, the above required envelope may be inserted into a larger envelope for mailing or delivery. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that bids are presented to the College on the date, hour and at the place designated. The College assumes no responsibility for any bids not delivered in person at the time and place designated above, to include mail, overnight courier, or drop-off prior to the bid opening date and time. No bids will be accepted after the hour designated for receipt. Representatives from both the College and the Architect will be available to answer any questions. Attendance is encouraged but not required as a condition of bidding. If bidders require an additional site visit, they are instructed to schedule with Brian Egan, Facilities Department via phone by calling 973- 684-5999, or via e-mail BEGAN@pccc.edu. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
