SUNY Upstate Medical University ("Upstate") is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the provision of snow clearing and ice control services. This Invitation for Bid ("IFB") represents an opportunity for contractors to participate in the provision of these services. (pre-bid conference: 8:30 am EST - 9:00 pm EST; site visit: 9:00 am EST - 3:30 pm EST) in order to help clarify any information provided. Please report to the front lobby at University Hospital at 8:30 am for the Pre-Bid Conference Walk Thru. Please allow ample time to find parking prior to the Pre-Bid Conference Walk Thru. Parking will not be provided by Upstate. Contract awards will go to one vendor that meet all requirements listed in the IFB S-1444. For qualifications and details about the services requested, please see IFB S-1444 which can be downloaded website. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance 139 -j & -k, also referred to as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, contractors are cautioned that the only permissible contacts for this procurement are the individual(s) listed in this advertisement and in the IFB document. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales and services to any New York State agency.
