Renovation of a municipal facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The fabrication, transportation, and installation of motorized wrought iron swing entrance gates for the City of San Luis Public Works Yard (1311 N 4th Ave.) and the City of San Luis East Wastewater Treatment Plant (358 N 'D' St.). To include supplying, installing, and programming access control system at each aforementioned location and work incidental thereto. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Each Bid should be submitted on the proposal form and be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of the removal of existing fencing, posts, and debris. If needed, leveling and prepping affected soil. Supplying, transporting, installing, and programming said equipment at two locations. The project shall be complete and in place within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP) Tentatively scheduled for 11/07/23.
