Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Scottsdale, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Design and build streetscape and pedestrian improvements from Scottsdale Road east to Brown Avenue in Historic Old Town. Main Street has long been envisioned as a major east/west pedestrian corridor; this project would create a better pedestrian experience via improved sidewalks, lighting and landscaping and two pocket parks. This project implements recommendations of a handful of planning efforts including the Tourism Strategic Plan, Downtown 2.0, the Public Spaces Master Plan, and the Economic Development Strategic Plan as well as the City of Scottsdale General Plan 2001 and the Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan2.0, the Public Spaces Master Plan, and the Economic Development Strategic Plan as well as the City of Scottsdale General Plan 2001 and the Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 23,2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
