Renovation of a mixed-use development in Panama City, Florida. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 15, 2024, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase and on hold. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The work will include roofing repairs, installation of windows, flashing, exterior doors, masonry work, and repairs from Hurricane Michael. Firms wishing to be considered to provide professional services for the above projects should state so in a letter of interest, and provide five copies plus a digital copy of the following information: 1. A letter of interest as stated above, identifying the design team. 2. A current Federal Standard Form 330 3. Proof of professional liability insurance for $1 million per occurrence and $2 million per aggregate Applicants with incomplete forms will not be considered. 1. Any other information which will assist the Professional Services Selection Committee in the evaluation of the applicant. The Professional Services Selection Committee will review proposals on Thursday, October 19, at 2:00 P.M. in the Facilities Department to shortlist applicants for interview. interviews will be conducted on Thursday, October 26, 2023, beginning at 8:00 A.M. in the Nelson Building in the School Board Meeting Room The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
