Taylor Bray Farm Barn Preservation, Restoration, and Alterations, located at 108 Bray Farm Road, Yarmouth, MA 02675 The Work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing material, equipment, and labor to perform Taylor Bray Farm Barn restoration as specified. The alternates are included in this project as follows: Deduct Alternate #1: Existing Roof to Remain, Delete Cedar Shingle Roofing, Plywood Sheathing and Underlayment Materials. Add Alternate #2: Remove Existing Roof Shingles, Provide New 5/8" Plywood Sheathing over Existing Plank Sheathing. Provide New Asphalt Shingles as Specified with Hurrican Nailing and Warranty. Project Estimate: $800,000.00; Alt 1 $100,000.00; Alt 2 $100,000.00. The project's substantial completion date is June 30, 2024. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Bid security for all general bidders and sub-bidders in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check, payable to the Owner, is required in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid, in accordance with the conditions in Section 002113 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
