Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to Jeanne-Mance Housing Corporation buildings. The scope of work includes the replacement of the boilers in 13 buildings B and nine buildings C and installation of heat pumps for pre-heating the air in the towers. TIMELINE: The owner has phased the project implementation and issued and awarded a tender for a sub trade contractor for work in B buildings that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Boiler Replacement in B Buildings. Construction started. If/when tenders for subsequent sub trade packages are issued, they will be followed in new separate reports.
