BID GROUP NO. 2 - BID PACKAGES #03 thru #13: Bid Package #03 - Demolition Bid Package #04 - Concrete Bid Package #05 - General Trades Bid Package #06 - Steel Bid Package #07 - Masonry Bid Package #08 - Electrical Bid Package #09 - Plumbing Bid Package #10 - Mechanical Bid Package #11 - Fire Sprinklers Bid Package #12 - Flooring Bid Package #13 - Painting. Bid Bond, certified check or cashiers check made payable to Joliet Park District in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid shall be submitted with the Bid. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to: cpolte@wightco.com Questions must be received in writing, or via email (cpolte@wightco.com), by noon Friday, October 6th, 2023. The successful bidder shall, upon acceptance of his bid, be required to procure and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Bonds shall comply with all laws of the State of Illinois governing public contracts let by governmental units. The Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to negotiate contract terms with various Bidders, and to waive all formalities or irregularities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owners best interests.
