No Bid may be withdrawn after the opening of Bids without the consent of the Board of Park Commissioners for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Evansville in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as evidence of good faith of the bidder and such deposit shall be subject to forfeiture in the event the bidder fails to execute his contract in accordance with his bid. The Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Evansville reserves the right to reject any and all bids if considered to be in the best interest of the City of Evansville.
