Construction will likely begin in mid-late 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Apex, North Carolina, is seeking the services of a qualified engineering or architectural firm, or team of firms, to provide professional engineering and/or architectural services to update the current West Street Park Master Plan and provide construction administration services upon Plan completion. The park is 1.4 acres and located within the Justice Heights community bordered by West Street and First Street near downtown Apex. The Scope of Services includes activities for preparing a Master Plan for the park through public engagement with stakeholders and obtaining Minor Site Plan and Construction Plan approval through the Town's Technical Review Committee as well as construction design and construction administration services. The following is a breakdown of the services requested by the Town of Apex. We welcome additions and modifications to this format if the proposing firm feels new concepts, greater detail or clarification would be helpful. However, please address the minimum information noted.
