The project will include the following scopes of work: selective demolition, concrete, paving, masonry veneer, CMU block, structural steel, metal fabrications, audience bleachers, press boxes, rough carpentry, millwork, waterproofing, water repellent coatings, insulation, standing seam metal roof, flashing and sheet metal, metal wall panels, fire stopping, site and building joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, wood and metal doors, overhead coiling doors, aluminum storefront system, hardware, glazing, acoustical ceiling, drywall systems, ceramic tile, sealed concrete, painting, epoxy coatings, visual display units, corner guards, signage, fire extinguishers, toilet accessories, metal lockers, wood benches, food service equipment, scoreboards, sports netting, bleachers and fixed audience seating, batting cages, mise, sports equipment, roller shades, plumbing, HVAC, DDC controls, communications, intercommunications, electrical, sports lighting, fire alarm, termite control, clearing and grubbing, grading, site utilities, storm drainage, erosion control, chain link fence, ornamental fence, entrances and gates, turf fields, sport track, seeding, and sodding. If the proposed subcontract price is $25,000 or above, the subcontractor must include an additional cost to provide Payment and Performance Bonds The Owner/CM reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
