This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued to cover requirements for the Department of Transportation for Superpave patching material supply. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes, and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. Written Questions Due No Later Than: Ten (10) days prior to Bid Due Date Questions must be submitted before the date identified above in order to receive a response. All inquiries must be submitted via E-mail to: DOT-ask@delaware.gov Each awarded vendor contract and prices shall be valid for an initial Term of one (1) year from contract execution.
