Reference Number 0000256658 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/10 04:30:00 PM CDT The terms of the agreement shall be according to RAIC Canadian Standard Form of Contract for Architectural Services. It is SHs intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period sufficient to complete the deliverables. SH retains the option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term to facilitate additional work, to be determined following the completion of the deliverables. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed within 2 weeks of RFP closing date. Manitoba intends to reinstate IVSS back to their original intended use, but further consultation is required with PCHS and SH to determine the extent of work and the number of PCHS requiring reinstatement. Some PCHS may choose to keep their IVS in place, while others will choose to have them reinstated to their original state. The Prime Consultant shall work with SH C&FM and PCHs to investigate each site and develop a comprehensive scope of work and feasibility study of each site. Refer to Appendix B for a list of Existing Interior Shelter locations. The feasibility study shall consider the pre-existing conditions and current state (architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural) and consider the most efficient and cost-effective solution to re- instate the space. The study shall include a summary scope of work and a class D cost estimate for each site along with a preliminary schedule for implementation.
