Renovation of a residential development in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The supply and installation of all interior, exterior security cameras complete with a Network Video Recorder as per the following details. All quotes are to include all necessary materials and labor. 1.1.1 25 Cameras are to be white and mounted with all required hardware on junction boxes as per the drawings. Wiring has been installed from the junction box to the server room located in the basement. Any exposed mounting hardware is required to be finished to match existing matt black ceiling. All cameras installed shall ensure the view displayed is clear of all obstructions. All cameras located within spaces with suspended ceilings are to be mounted with the appropriate recommended backing. All cameras are to be connected to the Network Video Recorder and made operational as noted. The system is to be set up on a maximum of three (3) work stations. A total of 3 training sessions will be required after installation to be coordinated with the owner. 1.1.2 Three (3) of the cameras are too be located in the basement as per the drawings and connected back to the network video recorder located in the server room. Note that the cameras are not pre wired. All basement cameras are to be installed to ensure an unobstructed view. All exposed brackets and junction boxes are not required for a painted finish but must have enough to be relocated in the future within a suspended ceiling. 1.1.3 Minimum CCTV IP Camera Specifications for all Interior Cameras: 4K UHD, H.265+, Starlight Perimeter Protection & SMD+ 2.8mm fixed lens, IR 30m True WDR(120dB), ICR, 3DNR Built-in Mic, IVS Onvif Compatible IP67, PoE Note: All interior cameras must 1.2 Five (5) Exterior CCTV IP Minimum Camera Specs 1.2.1 Cameras are to be black located on the exterior in accordance with the drawings indicating location and direction of view. Current wiring is protruding from the panels as per drawing locations. Ensure all mounting brackets and screws are isolated to prevent dissimilar metals from corroding.
