Demolition and site work for a residential development in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Shepherdsville seeks to demolish and clear the property at Joe B. Hall Road. The property will remain vacant until the spring of 2024 when construction of a new Aquatic Center will take place. The existing property is the former Stouts Hardware and construction material retail building and grounds, utilized for trucking operations most recently. A Hazardous Materials report has been completed and is available for the contractors' use and reference. This scope of work includes, but is not solely limited to furnishing and installing, all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and tools required to perform all scope of work associated with the delivery, storage, handling, installation/ placement, treatment, disposal, protection, and safety associated with the Demolition of the building located at Joe B. Hall Road and shown on the plan included in the Bid Package.
