Reference Number 0000331017 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/11/2023 01:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes The work includes providing all , materials, machinery tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Demolition and removal of the 5 CORNERS PLAZA. Clearing of trees and brush within 20 feet of the structure Cut flush to ground NO GRUBBING The buildings will be demolished per NYSDOL ICR-56 11.5 Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place. NYSDOL variance is pending, and will be in place prior to award of contract. Building complex has been deemed Unsafe to Enter by City of Amsterdam Fire Department. Each bid must be submitted on the official forms included in the Project Manual issued from the offices stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The name of the bidder and the contract for which bid is submitted shall be indicated on a sealed envelope. All work of this Contract must be substantially complete on or before November 23, 2023, and ready for Final Payment by December 8, 2023. Submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer electronically in writing to the City Engineerís office at zbaxter@amsterdamny.gov.
