Consulting Service for the Preparation of Kipling Avenue and Woodbridge Centre Land Use and Implementing Plan for the City of Vaughan Detailed Work Plan and Project Timeline The Consultant will be responsible for working with staff to prepare a more refined finalized work plan and timeline prior to commencing the project. This will confirm the study deliverables. The ability to meet the study timelines, as outlined in Section 7, will be considered in the evaluation of all Proposals. The finalized work plan shall be provided approximately one week post project kick-off. Draft and Final Land Use Study and Plan The Land Use Study will include the study requirements identified in Section 3.3.3. This will form the basis and justification for potential Official Plan Amendments. The Study should include the following: i. Background Review ii. Principles, goals, and objectives for the Study iii. Study Methodology iv. Summary and results of the consultation process v. Observations, conclusions, and recommendations A draft Land Use Study must be provided for review and consultation, prior to finalization of the Study. Official Plan Amendment(s) If required as a result of the Land Use Study, the Consultant will be responsible for preparing a draft Official Plan Amendment(s), in the City's format, suitable for adoption by Vaughan Council, which includes a basis section, and policies and plans/schedules required for the implementation of the Study. Communications and Meeting Material The Consultant shall be responsible for preparing communications and meeting material as part of the stakeholder engagement process including, but not limited to, the following engagement events: i. Open Houses ii. Public Meetings iii. Councillor meetings and presentations iv. Indigenous engagement events v. Landowner group meetings Materials will include, but are not limited to: Presentation materials Maps and graphics Draft notices, memos, news articles, letters Display boards Meeting agendas and minutes Web content Additional communications materials, as required Question Deadline: Mon Oct 9, 2023 3:00:00 PM (EDT) Bid Pricing: $20.00 - Download Only The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
