Reference Number 00003737024 Provision of Annual inspection, emergency service calls, repair and/or replacement for the following equipment: • Fire Alarm System and field Devices • Emergency Lighting • Sprinklers Wet, Dry, Standpipe Pre-action Control. • Panel & Devices & Valve • Fire Hoses & Cabinets • Suppression System • Backflows • Fire Pumps • Kitchen Hood • Extinguishers • Fire Alarm panel programming, upgrading, updating, and troubleshooting. Purchaser Objectives Purchaser will have the right to award and to enter into a separate Agreement with a Preferred Proponent for each location and each Category within the location, however a single Supplier for both categories is preferred. There is no guarantee that the Purchaser will enter into an Agreement with a Preferred Proponent. Equipment Categories included in the RFP: Category 1 - Fire Alarm equipment and devices inspections and repair. Fire Panel software upgrading and programming. Category 2 - Sprinkler system, suppression, extinguishers and hoses, emergency Lighting inspection and repair See Scope of Work for equipment specific to each Site Below is a list of locations: • General Site - 4001 Leslie St. Toronto, ON, • Finch Site Reactivation Care Centre -555 Finch Av. West. Toronto, ON • Senior’s Health Centre – Long Term Care 2 Buchan Court, Toronto, ON • Phillips House - 10 Buchan Court, Toronto, ON For clarity: • Proponents may submit a proposal for one or more locations and one or more Categories within the location. You must provide a bid for both Buchan locations. • Proponents must bid all services required within each Category. • You must attend the scheduled Mandatory site visit for any location you intend to submit a proposal for.
