The British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professionals to provide Environmental Management Services in support of the Surrey Langley Skytrain Extension (the "Project") and ancillary SkyTrain components during the final design and construction stages of the Project. The Ministry is interested in contracting with one company to oversee resources with a team of Appropriately Qualified Professionals (AQPs) in specific environmental fields in order to provide support to the Province's due diligence and oversight of the Project Construction Contractor ("Project Co."). It is anticipated that the work will commence in January 2024 and services will be provided on an "as and when needed" basis. Project construction is estimated to last for up to five (5) years, with substantial completion expected by December 2028.
