Regional Paving Job Order Contracts. In general, a Job Order Contract (JOC) is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. The Contract scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices for Job Order Contracts (JOCs) as identified in this document. Contractors will submit bid factors for the work at the location(s) referenced in Description of Work. If this is a Regional Bid, failure to submit a bid for one region of work will not disqualify the bidder from bidding work in the other regions. The Trustees intend to award the following number of JOC Agreements under this bid. The Trustees reserve the right to award additional, separate agreements as needed, per bid. Each contract will have a minimum contract value of ($0.00) Zero Dollars and the initial maximum value listed below. The Trustees reserve the right to increase the maximum amount to ($3,000,000) Three Million Dollars for each contract. The contract term will not exceed 365 days from the date of the Agreement Notice to Proceed. All CSU campuses, including the Chancellors Office, will be participating in the CSU systemwide agreement.
