The scope of work mainly consists of adding screw piles to support and lift the lean-to, the installation of a cleanliness bed at the perimeter of the lean-to, the restoration of the gallery at the rear of the main body, the construction two (2) exterior wooden staircases located at the front of the main body and at the front of the lean-to, restoration of the drip edges, painting of the exterior wooden cladding of the lean-to, restoration and painting of the windows , doors and access hatch, replacement of the roof covering of the lean-to, Bid Bond 10 % is required ,Performance bond, Services and Materials bond 50% is required. End Date 06/21/2024
