**As of November 20, 2023, project was awarded to Nicam Construction but awarded amount is not available.** A Single Lump Sum Bid For the Entire Project, Including All Work For: Site Work HVAC Work General Work Electrical Work Plumbing Work Location 1300 West 2nd Street, Rock Falls, Illinois 61071 Insurance in Addition to Contractor's Liability Insurance, Contractor Shall Obtain Project Management Protective Liability Insurance (Per Aia A201 11.3.1- General Conditions of the Contract; to Add Architect and Owner as Additional Insured). A Certificate Verifying That This Insurance is in Place Shall Be on File At the Architect's Office. Rejections of Bids the Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Proposals And to Waive Technicalities. Withdrawal of Bid No Proposal May Be Withdrawn Within 30 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Taxes Not Applicable the County of Whiteside as a Governmental Unit Pays Neither Federal Excise Tax Nor Illinois Retailers Occupational Tax, and Therefore, Those Taxes Should Be Excluded From Bid. Their Tax Exempt Number is: E9992-6555-05. The new addition will be 3,500 sq. ft structure with slab on grade, EIFS exterior skin facade, along with a small interior renovation scope of work of about 260 sq. ft., and an 800 s.f. canopy.
