Reference Number: 20045091 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-02-14 Quebec City, the host city for the 2027 Canada Winter Games, is planning to build a 5,000-square-metre curling center, including an eight-sheet curling rink. Adjacent to the curling rink is a two-storey volume housing the premises and related spaces required to operate the facility, such as a reception hall, kitchen, multi-purpose rooms, boutique, dressing rooms, washrooms, refrigeration rooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, etc. The site chosen for construction of the curling center is at the convergence of rue des Rocailles and boulevard Pierre-Bertrand, between the latter and the Sûreté du Québec building, in the borough of Les Rivières.
