City of Warsaw is requesting sealed proposals for work comprised of sidewalk improvements, on-street parking, drive approaches, pavement striping and street lighting within the following roadway corridors: Sheldon Street and Poplar Street. Improvements generally include installation of new sidewalks and curb ramps, associated curb and pavement removal and replacement, adding on street parking, pavement markings and street lighting. All qualified Contractors are invited to bid the work. Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title and include the name and address of the Bidder. Bids arriving after the time set will be returned unopened and only complete bids with all required materials will be considered. Certification of Qualification Required: Copy of Valid Certificates of Qualification for Public Works Projects per IC 4-13.6-4 or IC 8-23-10 as Applicable.
