IDIQ General Engineering. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The River Authority will be issuing a solicitation for general engineering services in October 2023 This is an announcement so that interested firms may register to monitor when the solicitation is formally released. This will be an Indefinite Demand, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in which specific projects have not been identified. The River Authority desires to have in place and available consultants with expertise in various areas of engineering, project development, including but not limited to civil engineering; structural; surveying; flood retarding structures (dams); environmental, archaeological, and federal permitting, constructability review; sustainable site development practices and design; parks and trails; architectural services and construction materials testing. The nature of this contract will be for IDIQ professional services to assist the workload of the River Authority projects, if and, when, requested by the River Authority. The personnel that the consultant provides must be proficient in the assigned task, responsive to the work request and meet project schedules. The consultant will be responsible for project management, coordination, and communication for project activities.
