Plans call for a 10,000 square foot auditorium addition and a 20,000 square foot interior renovation at the existing middle school. Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Subcontractor will perform and pay for all of the Work, including but not limited to furnishing all materials, scaffolding, services, equipment and labor that shall be necessary or required to construct, perform and complete all Work, and such Work as may be further described in Scope of Work and shall turn over the Work to ICI in good condition and free and clear of all claims, encumbrances, liens, security interests and rights of third parties of any type or description for labor and material, services, and equipment required to complete the Work according to the Principal Contract between Owner and ICI, together with all plans and specifications relating thereto; the Subcontract Agreement between Subcontractor and ICI; the General Conditions; Supplementary General Conditions; Special Conditions; Plans; Drawings; Specifications; Addenda; Change Orders and other documents, if any (the Subcontract Documents), prepared by the Architect and Engineer.
