The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Draft in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid and made payable to Cass School District 63. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Cass Jr High School: Replace existing Simplex #4020 fire alarm control panel with new Simplex #4100ES fire alarm control panel in same location as shown on plan. Provide all required materials, labor, programming, owner training as required for complete and operational fire alarm system. System shall meet the requirements of all applicable codes and UL standards. System shall incorporate all existing fire alarm system zones and/or addressable devices. In addition to replacement of the existing panel. Replace existing field devices listed below for compatibility
