Renovation of a transportation facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
2023 Terminal 1 Tug Drive Heater Replacement Lower Level Mechanical Room enhancements as a precursor to a future project in order to replace several Unit Heaters in the Main Tug Drive Bag Room. Mechanical Room scope includes steam piping, heat exchangers, pumps, glycol fill pump, hot water piping, new IMACS IP Controllers and associated electrical power construction. Per the base bid there will be one (1) existing steam-fed unit heater replaced with a hot water-fed unit tied to IMACS IP. Add Alternates to the base bid will be for additional unit heaters as spelled out for in the documents. Also per the base bid, the existing mechanical room will require asbestos abatement prior to any mechanical & electrical work performed. The goal of the MAC for the utilization of Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 5%.
