Renovation of a transportation facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
2023 Terminal Building Remediation Program The Design Consultant, Construction Coordinator, and MAC's Representatives will review the Contract Documents with Bidders and Subcontractors and will respond to all contractor and subcontractor questions. Following the conference, the project sites at Terminal 1 will be available for viewing upon request. Concourse passes are required for all unbadged guests to have access to the secure side of the terminal. To facilitate this visit, please provide a list of unbadged individuals, who are attending the Pre-Bid Conference and are requesting a site visit 48 hours prior to the conference. This work is related to leak remediation and the maintenance of the exterior of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Additional work is related to maintenance and worker safety at other airport campus buildings. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the following: curtain wall, metal panels, doors, masonry, and sealant work at the exterior metal panels and curtain wall. Structural, electrical and mechanical systems will be reconfigured to facilitate this scope of work.
