The City of Lenexa purchased approximately 2,416 street lights from Kansas City Power and Light Company (now Evergy) in January 2009. This maintenance contract will be primarily for the repair and maintenance of these purchased street lights. The City also has approximately 7,000 street lights which have been installed to City specifications and are on metered service. Potential repair work on these currently owned street lights is also included with this request.
