Budget for Contract: Not to Exceed $77,250 Annually. The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids to contract for HVAC Maintenance and On-Call Repair Services. The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: Maintenance, inspection and repair of fans, controls, heat, condensers, boilers, compressors, chiller, refrigerant circuit, and evaporator of the HVAC Systems as well as chemical water treatment maintenance - loop system monitoring. Answers will be posted on the City's website at the same location as the ITB document, listed above. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
