Centrifuge No. 2 Replacement. Question Deadline 10/24/2023 at 4:00 PM ET The apparent Successful Bidder notified that its Bid will be subject to a more detailed review as set forth herein. The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to provide for replacement of centrifuge No. 2 with a new centrifuge; replacement of sludge cake conveyor; replacement of sludge feed piping, cent rate piping, flushing water piping, polymer piping, and vent piping; modifications to the centrifuge structural steel platform; new dewatering room flooring; replacement of centrifuge No. 2 controls; electrical improvements associated with the new centrifuge and sludge equipment along with support equipment and accessories as shown and specified. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Bidders are directed to Section 01010 Summary of Work for specific details. The Work shall be located in the City of Hartford; in the State of Connecticut as shown on the Bidding Documents. Each Bid shall be submitted in strict accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid.
