Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Port Richey, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of December 15, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $$326,561.98** The Project is located in the City of New Port Richey, Florida, along the north side of Main Street from US 19 west to OelsnerStreet. The Work is generally described as furnishing all labour, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to provide the Owner with the following project elements: Approximately 650 linear feet of sidewalk. Approximately 195 linear feet of retaining wall. Approximately 350 linear feet of concrete curbing Approximately 46 linear feet of 12"x 18" ERCP, 95 linear feet of 14" x 23" ERCP, one manhole and three inlets. Miscellaneous site work and restoration of asphalt pavement, etc. All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. No Pre-Bid meeting will be held. Email all questions to Robert Johnson, PE at rjohnson@ectinc.com by 4:00 PM on November 15, 2023. A single response addressing all questions will be e-mailed to all bidders of record by 4:00 PM on November 20, 2023. Each bid must be submitted, in triplicate, on the prescribed Proposal forms.
