Site work and new construction of a hospitality development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
Each bid shall include all work, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project as required in strict compliance with the model room/guestroom drawings and specifications prepared by Carson Design Associates. For interested parties specific to this solicitation please be sure to register for notifications under categories that you wish to bid on: 800001 Hotel Casegoods/Wood Furniture, 800002 Hotel Upholstered Seating, 800003 Hotel Electric Mirrors, 800004 Hotel Lighting, and 800005 Hotel Drapery. For general information or questions about the project, please contact the R-W Purchasing representative Jason Hughes directly at Jason.Hughes@rwpurchasing.com. All bids shall be on Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, must be accompanied by a Financial Statement, must be properly and completely executed, and shall be accompanied by a properly completed non-collusion affidavit. After opening bids, no bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days without written consent of the Owner.
