Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Auburn Univ, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Scope of work includes the re-alignment, regrading, and restoration of an approximately 330 linear foot section of a tributary to Parkerson Mill Creek within the Patterson Greenhouse complex on the campus of Auburn University. New channel controls, slope stabilization, and new plantings are proposed along with all associated tree clearing, selective demolition, and erosion control practices required to facilitate the project. Removal and replacement of an existing sanitary sewer line that has been exposed due to erosion of the existing stream channel is also proposed. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project. The prequalification application is available on the Auburn University Public Works A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
