As of April 5, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project scope includes the construction of new storm sewer structures, pipes, headwall, and existing storm structure connection. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed to Brian Ward (bward@ palmernet.com), Palmer Engineering Company, telephone number (859) 744-1218. Bidders are cautioned that personal communication with The City of Winchester regarding the bid prior to bid opening will result in rejection of the bid. The Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the lowest bid price subject to the approval of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bid. Each submitted bid is subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A job site visit will be provided by the OWNER and ENGINEER 48 hours before Bid date to all CONTRACTORS to conduct such explorations and tests as each Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations
