The successful contractor shall also submit a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36- 91-70 and 90 Completion from Notice to Proceed 90 days *The City of Tucker reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formalities or informalities, to make an award, and to re-advertise in the best interest of the City
