This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks submittals from qualified firms for professional Project Management and Construction Management Services. These services include consulting services for a variety of ACPS capital projects, supplemental staff support on an as needed basis. The Consultant agrees that it is willing and able to provide professional services on an "as needed" basis during the Contract Term. The Work may include, but is not limited to, full-time hands-on construction management, and similar services. The purposes, functions, criteria and general requirements for the scope of work on the task or particular project will be set forth in a specific document issued to the Consultant (a "Task Order"). All Construction Services under each Task Order shall conform to the Contract, the A/E Manual, and the Task Order requirements. The A/E Manual and any subsequent revisions during the Contract Term or period of performance of any Project Order shall apply to the project/construction management services.
